Tri-C employees have an obligation to follow ethical and confidential standards in the course of their work. Upon hire and annually, employees are asked to read and acknowledge the acknowledgement below. |
Tri-C employees have an obligation to report any potential conflicts of interest upon hire and during the course of their employment. In addition, employees participating in certain federally funded research projects must disclose financial conflicts of interest / significant financial interests. Please complete and submit a form if: you become aware of any potential conflicts of interest (PCOI) or significant financial interests (SFI) held by you or your immediate family with entities that currently or seek to conduct business or employment with the College; and/or at any time during your employment with the College when you begin participation in any HHS/NIH-funded or covered grants, programs or research and annually thereafter. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 117.103(B)(1), a public office shall provide information about the Ohio fraud-reporting system and the means of reporting fraud to each new employee upon employment with the public office. Public officials and public employees at Cuyahoga Community College District (Tri-C) are subject to the requirements and restrictions of the Ohio Ethics Law. Tri-C must pro-vide each new employee or appointed or elected official with a copy of the Ohio Ethics Law and obtain written acknowledgement of receipt. Please acknowledge receipt by signing the form below.
